Domestic Shipping Policy:
1. Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays nor Holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping options are as follows:

USPS Flat Rate Delivery: 5 – 7 business days after shipping

3. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We do not take responsibility for delays encountered by the United States Postal Service.
4. CKLS101 ships to addresses within the U.S. (Street and PO Boxes) and APO/FPO/DPO addresses
5. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours after the item is shipped.
6. Packages Returned Due to An Incorrect Shipping Address
All orders will be shipped to the address provided. We are not responsible for misspelling errors. You will be charged an additional fee to re-ship an item returned to us for address errors. CKLS101 will pay for any costs to re-ship packages are returned due addressing errors made by CKLS101.
6. International Shipping
CKLS101.com is not accepting International orders at this time.
7. Damages
CKLS101 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
